Our story

Indonesia Design Week is the signature event of Indonesia Design District, created to celebrate and strengthen Indonesia's growing design ecosystem. Since its inaugural edition in 2024, each edition has expanded its network of designers, brands, institutions, and creative communities. Today, IDW reaches beyond its home at Indonesia Design District, transforming Jakarta into a connected design destination through its Extended Districts.
